Marilyn is the founder and owner of Recruiting Connection.  With over 20 years experience in the recruiting industry, her business acumen makes her an industry leader.  She has a wide breadth of experience in executive and professional level placements as well as mid-level management and accounting positions.  Her philosophy of customer satisfaction is simply stated and executed.  "The bottom line...we want every customer to be completely satisfied with our service."

She has been an active participant in the Peter Leffkowitz trainings through Morgan Consulting.  This training has provided a strong base for qualifying customer needs and maximizing customer satisfaction.  She attended the School of Business at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.

Larendee Roos joined Recruiting Connection in September of 2003.  She is responsible for the business strategy and day-to-day operations for the company.  She was formerly the Executive Vice President for Extra Space Storage, a leading operator of 500 plus self-storage facilities nationwide.  From 1992 to 2002 she was responsible for leading the teams that analyzed, developed, and implemented all of the systems for the tactical operations for Extra Space Storage.  She also served as a strategic advisor relative to development, acquisitions and mergers, business development and day-to-day operations.  She has a Liberal Arts Education in Psychology from Evangel College in Springfield, Missouri and the University of Utah.
